4 CLASSES | 3:30–5PM — Beginners JB We start off skates learning the foundations before taking it to the floor. • 30 min off-skate training • 30 min learning moves on skates • 30 min skating in unison as a group Goal: learn 3 original JB moves and skate them together.
Beginners R&B Flow
5–6:30PM — Beginners R&B Flow Smooth skating fundamentals. • Backwards crossovers • Combining crossovers with spins • Building a clean sequence we perform together
Intermediate / Advanced JB
8–9:30PM — Intermediate / Advanced R&B Adding more flavour to the basics: • Spread eagles • Spins on both sides • Spin variations • Possible wall moves
