This event is an intermediate to advanced level skate covering about 30 miles from Manhattan's Lincoln Center area to Sleepy Hollow in Westchester County. Skaters follow scenic trails like the Hudson River Greenway and South County Trail, culminating in a festive parade through Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. Participants can expect a costume-themed journey led by Moonman Pete, celebrating the local legend of the Headless Horseman with a lively community atmosphere.
