ABOUT THIS EVENT
Semillero Sólidos is a skating workshop welcoming all skill levels, focusing on improving technique and physical conditioning including cardio, core, posture, and leg strength. Sessions occur every Tuesday at Concejo de Bogotá in two groups: a basic level from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm and an all-levels group from 7:45 pm to 9:30 pm. Participation is free with voluntary contributions, and attendees are advised to wear comfortable clothing and bring hydration.
