This beginner-friendly skate covers an 8-mile route along the Metropolitan Branch Trail with options to exit at several metro stations. Skaters can practice skills and join leaders at regroup points, with at least one leader skating at each participant's pace. After the skate, attendees can get a free slice of pizza at Andy's Pizza with the buy of any alcoholic drink or lemonade.
