ABOUT THIS EVENT
Semillero Sólidos is a weekly workshop open to all skill levels, designed to improve skating techniques and physical fitness including cardio and core strength. Sessions focus on slalom, slides, and roller ultimate, with two training groups held every Tuesday evening at Concejo de Bogotá. Attendance is free with voluntary contributions encouraged, and participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing and bring hydration.
