Semillero Sólidos offers a skating practice space welcoming all skill levels, focusing on improving technique and physical conditioning including cardio and strength exercises. Sessions are held every Tuesday with two training groups, and participation is free with voluntary contributions encouraged. Skaters are advised to wear comfortable clothing and bring hydration.
