This Tuesday we will skate the newish segment of the lake to sound trail from Burien to the Des Moines Marina and back. This is a unique and exciting route, half downhill / half uphill, provides excellent training and really fun video game side scroller simulation through the forest.
Spicy marathon!
Two Bridges route with some modifications. Expect over 1500ft elevation, short resting stops and great views.

Flatground skating session. Beginner friendly with safety fundamentals, advanced braking and speed control techniques, artistic slides, wizard skating and some jumps.
Saturday Morning Skate
Chill loops in the morning. Skate inner and outer loops, with a slide practice break at the boat ramp, and a resting stop at the Arch. All skill levels welcome!
Spicy Urban Afterskate
Improvised route through the neighborhoods down to the water, and then to downtown Seattle.
