Sunday 21:00 beginner tutorials at Sportek with Yaniv. Wrist protectors required, no headphones, listen to staff.

מסלול "חברתי" כ 16 ק"מ. מסלול קל וקצר מהרגיל, כמעט ללא ירידות, מתאים למתחילים בתנאי שיודעים לעצור, ולעמוד בקצב של 16 ק"מ (כנ"ל גם למי שבא עם ילדים). וגם לותיקים שלא היו הרבה זמן.
